Rates
For weekly stays, 50% of total due per cabin, per date
will secure your reservation with the balance due upon your arrival. For stays of less than a week,
full payment is required with the reservation. We accept Mastercard, Visa, personal check,
money order, cash. There is a $25.00 charge for any returned check.
There is a 2-night minimum, but 3-night minimum applies to weekends from June 25 thru August 15.
The listing below shows holiday or special-event weekends which require a 3-night minimum
stay. These are dates which are reserved far in advance, so please call early to avoid
disappointment.

Our cancellation policy is very easy-going; as long as we can rent the cabin to someone
else, we will gladly refund your deposit less a $25 fee. We do take names for
stand-by in case we are full, but this does not guarantee availability. Do not assume you
have reservations until your deposit is received by us. When you receive the confirmation
invoice, check the date and other information carefully and let us know of any errors
immediately.
We make no guarantees of good weather. Please equip yourself and your vehicle according to
the time of year. No refunds due to bad weather. In winter months, we recommend 4-wheel
drive vehicles.
rates: per night- 1 or 2-BR cabin, $59 - $99
per night- 3-BR cabin, $129 - $149
per week - 1 or 2-BR cabin, $400 - $550
per week - 3-BR cabin, $550 - $750
Rates above do not include linens. Linens can be provided for a small additional cost.
Monthly rates may be available from December through March. Housekeeping and linens are
not included in this special rate and full payment must be received in advance.
