Rates
$200.00 per cabin, per date
will secure your reservation with the balance due upon your arrival. We accept Mastercard,
Visa, Discover, personal check, money order, cash. There is a $25.00 charge for any
returned check.
There is a 2-night minimum*, and Friday and Saturday nights must be reserved together.
The listing below shows holiday or special-event weekends which require a 3-night minimum
stay. These are dates which are reserved far in advance, so please call early to avoid
disappointment.

Our cancellation policy is very easy-going; as long as we can rent the cabin to someone
else, we will gladly refund your deposit less a $25 fee. We do take names for
stand-by in case we are full, but this does not guarantee availability. Do not assume you
have reservations until your deposit is received by us. When you receive the confirmation
invoice, check the date and other information carefully and let us know of any errors
immediately.
We make no guarantees of good weather. Please equip yourself and your vehicle according to
the time of year. No refunds due to bad weather. In winter months, we recommend 4-wheel
drive vehicles.
Off-season rates: per night- $75 for 2-BR cabin (up to 4 people) $95 for 3-BR cabin (up to
6 people)
per week - $400 for 2-BR cabin (up to 4 people) $575 for 3-BR cabin (up to 6 people)
FROM MEMORIAL DAY THRU LABOR DAY WEEKENDS, WE PROVIDE AIR CONDITIONING. RATES DURING THIS
TIME PERIOD ARE:
per night - $85 for 2-BR cabin (up to 4 people) $125 for 3-BR cabin (up to 8 people) per
week - $450 for 2-BR cabin (up to 4 people) $650 for 3-BR cabin (up to 8 people)
For additional guests over our recommended occupancy an additional charge of $10 per
person per night or $50 per person per week will apply.
Monthly rates may be available from December through March. Housekeeping and linens are
not included in this special rate and full payment must be received in advance.
